  Staff doesn't care about you. Used to be good, but recently they have botched my order more often than not and the manager doesn't seem to care either. Go to any of the other half dozen locations in BloNo for a better experience.

  Friendly staff, convenient location, and the employees have always gotten my order right! The only one time I had a problem, the management team stepped up and resolved the issue on the spot. I feel safe there. I've also seen other students picking up food/coffee before & after class.

  One of the workers licked her finger after making someones frosty, and then after i proceeded to wait forever in the drive through to get denyd i go inside to wait in line once again and proceed to tell me they r only excepting cash when they coulda told me at the window. Terrible customer service.
