  The first couple times I went in were great. The stylists listened to what I wanted. I donated hair, meaning I got about 14 inches cut and really liked it. This last time I went in, i ended up having the WORST haircut experience of my life. I had Melissa. She started off ok but then came the front. It is not even. I told her it did not look even and she argued with me, telling me it was an "optical illusion" because of my part. I argued and said it was not just an "illusion" and she reluctantly cut off a little bit more. Not wanting to have to argue to get what I wanted anymore, I went home and styled it like I normally would and it is noticeably uneven. It also gets shorter as it goes towards the front on only 1 side and is definitely not what I wanted. This is the first time I have ever cried because of my hair. I will be going somewhere else to get it fixed when I can. Also she almost stabbed me in the eye with the comb a couple times after hitting me in the face with it several times.
