  If I could give them no stars then I would. They lie to you, steal your money, try to evict you without notice, and are never there when there is a problem. The appliances are terrible and the portal payment organization is so backwards that there is no way to keep track of payments. The buildings are built terribly where none of the walls are the same height. The whole company is crooked.

  I currently reside with SAMI, and my expirnce has been great. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Drew took me out on a showing and really made me feel comfortable. He was very excited and positive.
  
  After I moved in, I had one major issue and one minor; both of them were handled immediately.
  
  In all honesty, I was infuriated by the situation and sent an email to the manager at 5:00 AM, on a Saturday! They quickly resolved my problem. I was emailed back around 8 AM and the situation was resolved by 10 AM the same day!
  
  I also had another minor maintenance issue. Specifically my shower head was making a god awful noise. Previously, I was told by one of the staff to use their online maintenance and to call in if they haven’t come. Submitted my issue in the afternoon, and it was fixed the next morning. Did not even have to call.
  
  I have lived at two other property companies in Normal alone, as well as two companies in Madison, Wisconsin.
  
  In comparison to those companies, SAMI is by far superior.
