  We didn’t have a great dinner tonight. It wasn’t all bad though. The wings were good and the flavor of everything was pretty good as well. The main problem was the cooking. I ordered a rare 22oz porterhouse and my boyfriend ordered the 12oz Logan medium rare. Both of our steak came out medium, he didn’t complain but I sent mine back. It came back VERY rare, like they seared it on the grilled for 1 minute on each side rare. I decided not to send that one back because I was so hungry and I can handle an undercooked steak. Like I said, the seasoning was very good. But overall we didn’t have a great experience. Our server was really great though. She was apologetic about the steaks and when the kitchen forgot the toppings to my steak she took that off the bill right away (because at that point I didn’t want them). Obviously we know none of the problems we had tonight were her fault but the back of house definitely needs to get a handle on steak temperatures.
  
  I forgot to add that the coleslaw tasted like buttered cabbage and the Brussels sprouts were undercooked.
