  Where do I begin. First I was told I needed to wait a few minutes so the repairman could fix one of the printers. Mind you, there are numerous other printers available, so it's not like they couldn't print my document. In fact, it was the owner himself behind the counter and I was told the repairman was charging him a high hourly rate and that was why I needed to wait. That is a direct quote. Pretty arrogant, I thought you served customers first but not here. I waited a total of FIFTEEN minutes!!!!!
  
  Next, this place advertises that they can open up documents from CD. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT....they cant do it! I had files saved on my CD ( I triple-checked before I left my house), and the owner couldn't get the CD to load on any of his computers. In fact, he ruined the CD and my files! He then explained that this problem has been occurring with anyone who comes in with a CD. Hmmmm....maybe you should warn me before you ruin my files!!!!
  
  There could be other issues too, possibly with other storage devices. I recommend you patronize somewhere that fixes problems and correctly advertises. That way you won't lose data in a pinch. It's not worth the RISK!!!!
  
  Most places might apologize or try to rectify the problem...these guys apparently don't care! Double thumbs down!
