  At first, I noted the 10 dollar charge on my account and it appeared afterwards that the soap was running low so I called the number on the website and they were extremely helpful. The owner informed me that the ten dollar charge was just while the payment was pending and that once the charge went through the correct amount would be processed. Considering the soap problem, she let me go through the automatic (bristle free) car was and I was very pleased with those results.
