  In the future, it might be helpful to make sure you have the inventory to cover the repairs that have been scheduled for the day. I scheduled a battery replacement over 24 hours in advance just to find out they didn't have my battery in stock when I got there. What's the point of providing contact info if you're not going to use it? Price isn't everything, so I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
